"What a refreshing experience! I had garden refurb works completed. New shed roof, new fence, gate, gutters and painting. Visited to quote when they said they would. Lee provided me with a detailed breakdown of the work to be done with a competitive quote. Then…they turned up and completed all the work, when they said they would! What more can you ask for! The quality of materials used and the standard of work was excellent. Lee, Josh and Leighton worked tirelessly throughout the day til the work was complete. They left the garden looking like new, it was spotless and they took extra rubbish away for me. I really can’t recommend them highly enough."

These houses are tall and in a conservation area so the work needs to be of high standard . "My property was in need of some replacement work to coping stones, ridge tiles and roof slates, plus some re-pointing to the chimney and areas of the gable end, then silicone sealant treatment. All communications and coordination matters from start to finish were promptly and helpfully handled by Lee. His team, and a particular mention of Josh, were skilled and well equipped, including the ability to put up their own scaffolding. I feel that I could use them again and recommend them."

"Pendle Property Maintenance came out today to repair some roof tiles, sort the lead work, and repoint the ridge tiles on my roof. I was really impressed with the service. Lee and his team are professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. They took before and after photos to show exactly what needed doing and what had been completed, which was really reassuring. Everything was done to a high standard and left tidy afterwards. "Did what they said they would do. Fixed everything that was mentioned as my roof was leaking in 3 different places. Did extra stuff that was spotted with no extra charge. Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards too, very pleased and would recommend for any roof repairs wanting to be undertaken."
